Hello, my name is Melodie Vise and I have had a lifetime love of real estate. As a high school student I could often be found with a paint roller in hand helping my mom in one of her many flip-house adventures. I have a family heritage that is deeply rooted in agriculture and farming here in the sate of Texas, that foundation has furthered my love and respect of land. In my first year of college I took real estate classes at night in addition to my other classes in order to become a licensed Realtor. I may have been the only college student on campus "working a deal" between classes. I graduated from Cameron University with a bachelors degree in Public Relations. After graduation I continued to work as a Realtor and then had the amazing opportunity to start a family home building business where I managed the construction of many luxury and vacation homes.
I have held an active real estate license in Texas and Oklahoma. In the midst of all of this, I was blessed with my wonderful husband and now business partner, Seth Vise. Our marriage began "in the military", as my husband was then active duty in the Army. I will never trade the experiences and life long friends gained during my time as a military spouse. We have two beautiful children and a beloved family dog. I enjoy history, design and architecture, cooking, and spending time outdoors with my family.
