Kim Boren
Company: Texas Regional Bank
Staff Title: Branch Manager
Kim Boren has been a proud member of the Bulverde/Spring Branch community for 30 years. In that time, she has served the community with her commitment to building and nourishing personal relationships. Through her career at Texas Regional Bank (formally Blanco National Bank,) Kim has shown dedication to her customers by treating them like her own family. Through her personal approach to helping customers with their financial needs, forecasting and daily banking operations, Kim has garnered the trust of the community on many levels. She understands that nothing builds community more than trust.
Kim began her career in Bulverde/Spring Branch in June 1988 as a bank teller. It wasn't long before her manager and even the owners of the bank realized Kim was quickly forming a unique and trusted relationship with customers and other employees. At the time she was promoted to New Accounts where she served for many years and was given responsibilities that honored her keen sense of strategic banking. Bank managers rewarded her performance with management duties, internal financials and board reports, just to name a few. It's no surprise that Kim was promoted again to Branch Manager in 2016 and still proudly serves her customers, fellow employees and the community at large as Assistant Vice-President and Branch Manager.
In addition to building her career in the Bulverde/Spring Branch community, she and her husband Jim Bob Boren chose this special place to raise their family. They are proud parents of three adult children and four grandchildren. Like Kim, Jim Bob has dedicated his life to serving the community through his career at Guadalupe Valley Telephone Cooperative (GVTC). Kim and Jim Bob share a love and commitment to the people of the Hill County and continue to express their commitment through their service.
Kim is thrilled and honored to be a member to the Bulverde/Spring Branch Chamber of Commerce and thanks the leadership of the Chamber and Texas Regional Bank for their continued support.
