Comal Independent School District
The Comal Independent School District spans 589 square miles of central Texas, including parts of five central Texas counties: Comal, Bexar, Hays, Kendall, and Guadalupe. Within the district are the communities of Canyon Lake, Sattler, Startzville, Hancock, Fischer, Spring Branch, Smithson Valley, Bulverde, Garden Ridge, and part of the cities of San Antonio and New Braunfels. Major highways crossing the district include Interstate 35,U.S. Highway 281, and Texas Highway 46.
Total student enrollment in the CISD is expected to be over 22,000 in the 2018-2019 school year. Eighteen elementary schools, seven middle schools, and four high schools make up the district. Memorial High School provides classes as an alternative education campus and dropout retrieval program.

Classrooms includes ages infant-5 years with before and after school care for 5-12 year olds and summer camps for ages 6-12. Transportation to Bill Brown, Arlon Seay and Bracken Christian School is available for the before and after school program.

Gloria Deo Academy

Following a university-style schedule, Gloria Deo Academy provides core academic classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and offers elective courses on Fridays. High school students are required to attend Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday classes in order to complete diploma requirements. For the rest of the week, students benefit from one-on-one reinforcement at home. This collaboration between school and parent fosters relationships and encourages academic excellence.

Living Rock Academy

LRA is a non-denominational Covenant model school, which will provide a biblically based, Christ-centered, and academically challenging k4-12 school experience for families in the north San Antonio and greater Hill Country area. Living Rock Academy is now a TAPPS Member School offering the following HS varsity level sports/events beginning this year (2015-16):
